Account and login

The IPiù loyalty program will not end on 15/02/2026, but will be extended until 15/03/2027. The program is aimed at customers of participating IP, Esso and/or other group company petrol stations, with the aim of incentivising customers through the awarding of points and the possibility of obtaining rewards or discounts. It will incorporate a series of new features designed to offer an even more complete and engaging experience.

The transition from the IP Stations App to the DRIV& App is designed to ensure continuity for all existing customers: any points accumulated but not used can be redeemed for available rewards, and levels and profiles remain active without the need for re-registration.

*The IPiù loyalty program is marketed as DRIV&.

he program is valid until 15/03/2027 (including the deadline for requesting rewards).

Points can be accumulated until 15/02/2027. Rewards listed in the most recent version of the Rules can be requested by 15/03/2027 and, in any case, within the request period specified in the Rules for each type/individual Reward.

Simply download the DRIV& App, available on the App Store and Google Play , and complete the registration process in a few simple steps. You can also do this at a participating IP and Esso petrol station, using your health card and speaking to the manager. It is not possible to register at the petrol station using the self-service terminal.

Download the DRIV& App and enter the credentials you used to access the IP Stations App. If you registered with your health card at a participating point of sale, register via the dedicated path to view the available points, discover the latest program news and continue to follow us.

No, registration for the program is personal and linked to your tax identification number, so it is not possible to create multiple accounts.

No, only adults are permitted to enrol in the program.

If you have already registered, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link in the DRIV& App and enter the phone number you used during registration to request a new password.

The verification code is sent by email and text message. Please check that the email address and phone number you entered are correct and that your connection is active. If you do not receive it, you can request it again after the waiting time shown on the code verification screen has elapsed.

Yes, you can edit your details yourself in the profile management section of the DRIV& App. You can edit your e-mail address, telephone number and password from the app, as well as your optional privacy consent choices. Please note: your tax code, first name, surname and date of birth cannot be edited, nor can your e-mail address if you registered using the social log-in function.

You can unsubscribe from the DRIV& App by going to the Profile section and selecting Delete Account.

Alternatively, fill in the form available at gruppoapi.com/contatti/it/scrivici/ipiu, selecting “Deletion or modification of account data” as the category and “Deletion of personal data” as the subject to request deletion from the program.

If the DRIV& App is not working properly (for example, it freezes or you cannot log in), check whether you need to update the app. It may be useful to uninstall and reinstall the app.

You can reset your password yourself from the app by selecting ‘Forgot your password?’

Loyalty Program

The loyalty program is designed to offer you tangible benefits through an integrated, digital experience. Here are the main features of the program:

DRIV& POINTS
DRIV& POINTS open the way to rewards! They allow you to obtain the rewards available and listed in the Rewards Catalogue in the DRIV& App. Depending on the number of DRIV& POINTS you have accumulated, you can choose from different types of rewards.

DRIV& PASSES AND LEVELS
The more DRIV& PASSES you accumulate, the higher your level. And the higher your level, the more DRIV& rewards you!
DRIV& PASSES represent the different levels of the Program, called ‘DRIV&’, ‘DRIV& GOLD’ and ‘DRIV& PLATINUM’, which can be accessed depending on the points accumulated, as shown in the table below:

The ‘For you’ section is a treasure trove: it contains all the wonders that the DRIV& App has to offer.
Inside you will find two subsections:

  • REWARDS: this is the catalogue of rewards that you can win with your DRIV& POINTS.
  • PARTNERS: this gives you access to a wide range of exclusive offers that our partners make available to DRIV&RS members: you can take advantage of them right away, even without DRIV& POINTS!


FUEL DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
With fuel discount vouchers, you are entitled to a discount equal to their value on the amount you spend on fuel. A dream? No, it’s all true!
Collect fuel discount vouchers with the initiatives you find in the DRIV& App, or use your DRIV& POINTS to win them in the ‘For you’ section.

DRIV& POINTS allow you to obtain the rewards available and listed in the Rewards Catalogue in the DRIV& App. Depending on the number of DRIV& POINTS you have accumulated, you can choose from different types of rewards.

DRIV& PASSES, on the other hand, allow you to move up a level. DRIV& PASSES represent the different levels of the Program, named ‘DRIV&’, ‘DRIV& GOLD’ and ‘DRIV& PLATINUM’, which can be accessed depending on the points collected, as shown in the table below:

You can accumulate points in various ways:

  1. With REFUELS as specified in the Regulations. Accumulate points with every refuelling at IP, Esso and/or other group companies participating in the program.

  1. By performing VIRTUOUS ACTIONS as specified in the Regulations. Accumulate points by performing the activities made available to Customers in the appropriate sections of the DRIV& App. In particular, the virtuous actions available are as follows:
  • completion of CHALLENGES. Each CHALLENGE, visible directly in the DRIV& App, involves one or more actions to be completed: these may be related to refuelling or to actions within the App, such as responding to a SURVEY or taking a QUIZ.
  • participation in QUIZZES. Through the DRIV& App or other official channels, you may receive an invitation to complete a QUIZ. Even if you do not answer correctly, you will still receive DRIV& POINTS and DRIV& PASSES (in the same amount), as long as you complete the QUIZ following the instructions. Each QUIZ can only be taken once. If you take it again, you will not earn any more points or benefits.
  • participation in SURVEYS. You can participate in the SURVEYS found in the DRIV& App. Once you have completed a SURVEY, you will receive DRIV& POINTS and DRIV& PASSES in equal measure. Again, each SURVEY can only be completed once and will not earn you any points if you take it again.

  1. With the WELCOME PACK, which allows all customers who register for the first time on the App to obtain 70 DRIV& POINTS and a DRIV& PASS.

  2. By sharing the FRIEND CODE as specified in the Regulations.

  3. With BONUS POINTS. The DRIV& program may include special promotional initiatives that allow you to earn extra DRIV& POINTS and DRIV& PASSES.

The friend code is unique for each Customer. It can be found in the DRIV& App, in the Profile section. Customers can share their code with their friends. To be valid, the DRIV& friend code must be entered by the friend when they first sign up to the DRIV& App, during registration. The Customer who provided the code will receive 50 DRIV& PASSES and 50 DRIV& POINTS for each friend who registers, up to a maximum of 150 DRIV& PASSES and 150 DRIV& POINTS per year, corresponding to 3 successfully registered friends. The year will start from the date of the first valid entry of the code by a friend. Each friend can only use one friend code during registration, and once entered, it cannot be replaced.

The balance of DRIV& POINTS and DRIV& PASSES can be viewed on the DRIV& App. After each refuelling, only the balance of DRIV& POINTS can be checked on the receipt.

Log in to the DRIV& App, go to the Map section and view the petrol station you are interested in. In the ‘See details’ section, you will find information about the services offered and whether it participates in the program.

You can earn points using the following payment methods: bank cards, DRIV&PAY and cash at participating distributors. It is not possible to earn points when paying with petrol cards, fuel vouchers (electronic and virtual) and mobile payment methods (e.g. Tinaba, Telepass Pay). Only the DRIV&PAY mobile payment method is valid for earning points.

With the loyalty program, you can access various types of rewards. Consult the catalogue in the ‘Rewards for you’ section of the DRIV& App.
The rewards available are:

  • Fuel discounts in denominations of 3, 5, 10, 15, 25, 35, 40, 50 and 100 euros, which you can request in the Rewards for you section of the DRIV& App. You can use them directly through DRIV&PAY or by contacting the manager when refuelling or at enabled self-service terminals.

  • Gift cards with numerous partners to meet all your needs. The reward categories are listed below: Wellness, Technology, Groceries and Supermarkets, Home and Family, Fashion and Online Shopping, Leisure and Entertainment, Travel and Experiences.

Yes, you can request them directly from the Manager. Access the DRIV& App, view the points loading code available on the Home page and give it to the Manager to register you as a loyalty program customer. Alternatively, show the operator your health card or the points loading code from the app. Remember that for transactions using your health card, you will need to provide the operator with the PIN you received via text message when you registered.

Verify that the refuelling:

  • is for the following products eligible for the program
  • was carried out at a participating distributor
    complies with the limits set out in the Regulations

The program offers promotions, competitions and new initiatives. If you do not receive communications, please ensure that you have provided your optional consent in the Privacy and Consent section of the DRIV& App in the Profile section. Promotional codes must be entered in the ‘Have you received a code?’ section of your profile in the DRIV& App. Please check that you have entered the code correctly. For convenience, you can also scan the code.

The Fuel Discount corresponds to an amount that you can add to your fuel discount balance, which can be viewed in the Home section. You can request it as a reward from the rewards catalogue or from dedicated promotions and initiatives. You can use the Fuel Discount to pay (in full or in part) for your Served and Self Post Pay (with the operator present) or Self-service refuelling at authorised distributors or with DRIV&PAY refuelling.

  • If you receive the error message: ‘Invalid coupon code’, please check that you have entered the code correctly.
  • If you receive the error message: ‘Coupon fully activated’, please ensure that you have not already entered the same code.
  • If you receive the error message: ‘You have already participated in this promotion using another code’, please note that you cannot participate in this specific promotion again.

DRIV&PAY

Il servizio DRIV&PAY è disponibile per tutti gli utenti iscritti al programma DRIV&PAY. Una volta completata la registrazione, vai nella sezione DRIV&PAY e accetta informativa e i termini e condizioni. Potrai poi inserire un metodo di pagamento tra carte di credito/debito o Apple Pay per i dispositivi abilitati e indicarlo come preferito.

No, non è possibile usare la funzionalità di pagamento senza concedere al l’App DRIV& l’autorizzazione all’utilizzo della geolocalizzazione.

L’App DRIV& riconosce la tua posizione grazie alla geolocalizzazione. Quando accedi alla sezione DRIV&PAY per effettuare il rifornimento vedrai l’elenco degli erogatori disponibili del distributore. In caso di distributori molto vicini potrai indicare in quale vuoi procedere al rifornimento.

Puoi pagare con DRIV&PAY i rifornimenti di carburante eseguiti in modalità Self con pagamento anticipato. Sono esclusi i rifornimenti per carburante GPL e Gas Metano.

Per poter pagare con l’App DRIV& ti basta raggiungere uno dei distributori abilitati a DRIV&PAY ed effettuare una sosta presso un erogatore abilitato al rifornimento self, aprire la sezione dedicata a DRIV&PAY nel l’App DRIV& selezionando l’erogatore, l’importo e l’eventuale utilizzo degli sconti carburante.

Una volta conclusa l’erogazione, conferma e segui le indicazioni senza chiudere mai l’applicazione. Al termine del rifornimento visualizzerai il riepilogo con i dati della transazione effettuata.

L’effettivo importo addebitato sarà corrispondente alla transazione effettuata consultabile nell’elenco transazioni per l’importo effettivamente erogato. In caso di mancata erogazione la pre-autorizzazione sarà poi stornata dalla banca emittente della carta di credito.

Sono accettate le carte emesse da Banche e Istituti di Credito italiani. Puoi inserire le carte di credito/debito dei circuiti, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard e American Express e utilizzarle in base ai punti vendita abilitati.

Aggiorna i dati inserendo i dettagli della nuova carta. Puoi in qualsiasi momento modificare i metodi di pagamento nella sezione metodi di pagamento del l’App DRIV&.

In caso di problemi legati alla carta di credito rivolgiti direttamente alla banca emittente la carta.

Sì. Compila i dati necessari ai fini della fatturazione elettronica nella sezione DRIV&PAY del l’App DRIV&. Per richiedere la fattura elettronica ti basta attivare l’opzione di Fatturazione Elettronica IP, messo a disposizione dei Clienti IP con Partita IVA. Il documento verrà depositato presso il tuo cassetto fiscale secondo i tempi di elaborazione dell’Agenzia delle Entrate e nel l’App Fatturazione IP.
